More than 10 Thai most popular feature films and art movies will be screened during Thai film festival in Bhutan. Come and watch the show in RAPA hall at 4:00 PM every evening from 29th-2nd Sept. 2011.

The Film with the difference “SACHO GAMI GA” produced by YARKAY Production is now screening at Lugar Theatre. This is the first Bhutanese film filmed in London. Come and watch the show every evening at 6:30 PM

MPAB walked miles far for Bumthang fire Disaster
A midnight fire broke on 26/10/10 that engulfed Chamkhar town in Bumthang. More than 55 shops and residents are burnt to ashes living everything in the mercy of the whole nation. The fire accident also took two lives.
On the royal command a team of Popular singers and comedians drove to Bumthang to entertain the grieved victims to bring back their smiles and joyful moments. They had performed for five nights. Read more…

9TH National Film Awards evenly divided
8th May, 2010 - The 9th National Film Award Ceremony was graced by the Honorable Lyonchen Jigme Yoezer Thinley, the Prime Minister of Bhutan. The occasion was held at the YDF (Nazhoen Pelri). Most of the cabinet Ministers and senior officials from Government and International Organizations attended the function. The 1500 capacity hall was fully packed and there was an expression of excitements from all corners for there own nominee…Here comes…
- The movie Shada Semo bagged ten awards, including best film, in the ninth National Film Awards held on Saturday.
